Participants will be offered 2 weeks free job preparation training which includes workplace health & safety, planning and problem solving, Australian workplace culture, Australian job marketplace, resume writing, selection criteria, and job interview techniques.
Some people will be offered a 13 week paid work placement in an organisation applicable to their skills and qualifications.

How Can I earn $1000 to study?
The Australian Government has created an Incentive Program to encourage existing Aged Care workers to increase their Aged Care skills through study. You could earn $500 just for starting the course, and another $500 when you finish! Plus, we have Government funding that could reduce the cost of your Certificate IV Aged Care even further!
