How we get job outcomes

We work with each JSA office to design short courses and full qualifications tailored to the current caseload. After we have selected the course topic, we work with individual JSA consultants to provide course marketing material for Job Seerkers.

Each course starts with an Information Session to give Job Seekers all the information they need prior to registering for the course.

Steps required for a successful Job Outcome
  1. Design a course schedule that fits your current caseload
  2. Hold an information session for Job Seekers in your office to build interest and familiarity
  3. Commence training using Trainers that have extensive experience with Stream 3 and 4 participants
  4. Arrange Vocational Placement
  5. Provide reverse marketing to help participants get and keep a job beyond 13 weeks

Using the EPF

We work with each JSA to determine the best level of Employment Pathways Funding for each Job Seeker and qualification prior to commencement. The JSA can access this fund to pay for the courses, or the JSA can use their own funds if appropriate.

Success Story

From a recent Certificate III in Disability course, a Student was placed in a Disability Care facility for vocational placement. The Residents formed a committee that overwhelmingly voted for the Bridgeworks student to be employed full time due to her dedication and professional approach to the Residents.

As a result, the Student was employed into a paid postition.

This fantastic achievement is just one of the many success stories from our JSA Employment Programs.

When you see the Nationally Recognised Training logo, you can rest assured that the Qualification you are considering will be recognised right accross Australia. The Government have created these Qualifications to ensure a benchmark in skills.
